What we collect when you enquire, enrol and study with us, why we hold it, and how to get it changed or removed.

SkillSprint30 ("we", "us") runs skills courses from Gulberg, Lahore, and online. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the student portal.
What we collect
When you send an admission inquiry: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the course you are interested in, and your message.
When you enrol and pay: your name, phone number, email address, the amount you transferred, the payment method, the transaction reference from your banking app, and the date. We match that reference against our bank statement to confirm your fee.
While you study: which lessons you have opened and completed, your position in each video, quiz answers and scores, work you submit for assignments, questions you post, attendance, and any private notes you write.
Technical information: your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions so the forms cannot be abused.
What we never collect
We do not take card payments and we never see or store card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or OTPs. Fees are transferred by you, from your own banking app, directly to our bank account. Nobody from SkillSprint30 will ever ask you for those details. If someone does, it is not us.
Why we hold it

- To confirm your fee payment and open your student account
- To deliver the course, track your progress and mark your work
- To issue and verify your certificate
- To remind you about installments that are due
- To contact you if you stop attending, so we can help you catch up
Certificates are public by design
Every certificate carries a verification code. Anyone holding that code can visit our verification page and see the name of the student, the course, and the date it was issued. That is the point of the code - it lets an employer confirm your certificate is genuine. No other information about you is shown, and the code cannot be guessed from your name. If you would rather your certificate was not verifiable, tell us and we will withdraw it.
Who else sees it
Your instructor sees your progress, your submitted work and your questions, because they cannot teach you otherwise. They cannot see your private lesson notes. Our admissions staff see your contact details and payment records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside SkillSprint30 except the email provider that delivers our messages to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment, payment and certificate records for as long as we operate, because a certificate has to stay verifiable years after you finish. Inquiries that do not lead to an enrollment are removed once they are no longer useful to follow up.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your progress and any work you submitted, and cannot be undone. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
